    I did not sign a contract when the new owner took over the storage unit. I didn’t even know that the ownership had changed until almost a year after. In January 2023, I sent a substantial payment that he didn’t credit my account. I sent a payment in June. He didn’t cash it. When I contacted him in August regarding why he hadn’t, he notified me that he had disposed of all of my belongings the previous spring. He failed to follow state statutes regarding notifications. He referred to a contract that I didn’t sign, he refused to provide me with that contract, he refused to tell me where he disposed of my belongings. And now refuses to return communication.

    I genuinely thought it was asking if I still needed help. Not if the issue was resolved. 

    I responded Y for yes. Can you please ensure that its not been closed because I contacted you as soon as I received it and realized I had chosen the wrong selection. I have a rare brain disorder and making comments like  encourage consumers to fully read any information before signing/replying to ensure you as the consumer understand the situation at hand. is disrespectful considering that I contacted YOU all as soon as I realized that I misread. No need to be unkind! I realize my mistake. And I contacted you all for help!
