    I purchased 6 speed pass tickets on October 16th, 2024 from the FearFest website that included all of their haunted attractions. On the ticket pass received, it states, "No refunds or returns. In case of event cancellation, your purchase will be refunded within 4 business days." On October 17th, I received an email from the FearFest email, ************************ stating the event will be closed the 18th and 19th. The tickets would still be valid for another night in the season or a refund will be given. I replied to the email on October 18th stating I would need a refund for the tickets. After not receiving a response, a week later, October 25th, I sent an email to the support system that provided the tickets for the event who responded immediately stating they checked the status of my tickets and have not seen any refunds. Additionally, since they are only a ticket sales platform, they are not able to complete refunds and are advised to contact FearFest through their website. Since I had already sent an email regarding the refund to the same email address a week prior with no response, I contacted them through ******** Messenger in regards to a refund. They responded the same day stating asking for the email used to purchase the tickets, the number of tickets, and the purchase information. After sending the necessary information, they responded with a thank you. Again, I have not heard anything from them since October 25th, and have sent an additional message December 11th, 2024 regarding the status of the refund from October 18th. Additionally, I am not the only one to have a problem receiving a refund from this business, as many people have commented on the FearFest ******** page stating their refunds have not come through.

    Fear Fest Haunted House continued to sell tickets to customers without disclosing the fact that they would be closed. They gave no effort in giving myself or dozens of other people refunds, and though I have messaged them many times regarding a refund, I have gotten no response.

    I pre-ordered 3 tickets @ $30.00 ea. totaling over $96.00 for their haunted house which never opened. I received an email from them stating that they would provide me with a VIP Pass or a refund, when I excepted the VIP pass the following week they did not open. I sent a message requesting a refund and they agreed, I have not heard anything back nor received my refund.

    On October 8th, 2024, I bought 3 tickets through our nonprofit organization's credit card to send 3 of our clients from a sober living house to the Fear Fest Haunted House. The total was $96.53. Our clients went that Saturday to the house and it was closed. I was sent an email saying they would offer a refund or reschedule. That email did not allow return emails to be sent to it, so I messaged their ******** page. I received an update that they would be processing my refund, but they have not since responded to my messages on October 29th and November 4th. I have not received the refund yet.

    Fear fest was taking peoples money since 1st of october when they where never cleared to open due to saftey violations. When they said their website was not taking payments for 2 weeks. That statement was made on the 24th of this month. People reported buying tickets on the 25th. Only to show up to a closed down attraction , cause they failed to do anything to stop people from buying tickets. Nothing on their website, no emails, no texts, no effort at all to prevent people from wasting their time and money. There are several people still waiting on their refund from the 1st of the month. So, when the never had the go ahead to open. They decided to start taking peoples money anyway? Then tell them to be patient on waiting on your refund in this economy? They will not be opening at all this year due to the poor quailty of their facility.

    I purchased 4 tickets,$25 each for an event and then the date for the event was changed. The business told me they would refund me for the tickets and to this day they have not refunded me.
