    If I could leave a negative star review, I would. If I could leave a negative star rating,I would. My son got his truck stuck in ******** where he attends school and called this tow company. While removing his truck in the dark the tow truck driver did literally thousands of dollars in damage to my son's truck. The rear quarter panel, bumper and tailgate were completely damaged and the tailgate could not even be opened. My son submitted photos to the company the next day and I called and left a message. The tow truck driver called me back and proceeded to tell me this was my son's fault, I disagreed and he proceeded to cuss me out and then said "go ahead and try to *** me!" I said no one said anything about suing anyone, to which he replied that it happens all of the time with these rich college kids so go ahead and try. I explained to him that if he did not like college kids, perhaps he should not work in a college town. I talked to the manager of the place and he was not helpful at all and then he cussed me out and threatened me. In the end they replaced the tailgate, but refused to address any of the additional damage they caused. These people are absolute thugs and bullies whose only mission is to take advantage of naive college students. They are hacks and have absolutely no respect. Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this tow company for any service!

    They are the WORST and will take advantage of anyone they possibly can to make a dollar. They deserve a negative 10 star rating. My son was in an accident and this tow company was called for both cars. My son repeatedly told the police officer and the tow driver that he is waiting for AAA to take care of his vehicle. The accident was on a private lot. Not blocking traffic. No injuries. Since he is a young college student, he didn't know his rights in the situation. His car was towed by I 70 and he was charged for 7 days to get his car out. His car was only at their tow lot for 4 days. After calls with the police ***** our family lawyer and the tow company, they reduced the amount he had to pay. He picked up his car and the damage to the car was far worse than when the car was picked up at the site. Stay away from this company.
