    I have never has such a lack of communication and follow-up with anyone. They where hired to cut down a tree in my back yard. I called my electric company to drop my service line. I told the men that where on site that I wanted the line dropped so nothing would happen. When the electric company showed up the men told them to leave. Shortly after they where told to leave the man doing the cutting dropped a large branch on our service line. Ripping out the anchor bolt, and pulling the pole that the service line runs in causing a 2x4 in hole. The shingles around both areas are destroyed. They then had an electrician come out to do repairs... not a electrician and roofer just an electrician. The only thing that was done is a really bad bracing job and a witches cap (flashing used on flat metal roofs) being placed on top of the shingles and not sealed. The hole that the anchor bolt was in nothing was done. There has been zero attempts to follow up and try to provide some form of compensation. All of the constant has been made by myself. It has been 4 days now and we are very upset and hope that people see this review and think twice befor hiring this very unprofessional company. If I could I would leave a zero star.
