    Two months ago, I had them come out to get an estimate to remove a tree in my backyard. The question was if it was my tree or the City&#**;s tree. ******, a rep, said it probably needs to be removed and told me to contact the City and we will keep in touch. My brother got sick so it fell by the wayside. I never contacted them since, I came home and they were there and had cut the tree down and was removing the *****. I asked what are you doing? They said they have a work order. I called the company and talked to ******** and told her I didn&#**;t give anyone permission to cut the tree down and it is on City property. She asked how I was going to pay for it. I said I am not paying for it. They took the tree out, removed the tree growth, moved it to the street and then moved it to my front yard. I said someone needs to take care of this. Now the guy from H313237333431333033**H is asking me what type of payment plan would I like to have for this. I told him I am not paying for this. They trespassed on my property twice - to cut down the tree and to remove it from my yard and put it back on my yard. I want them to remove this tree parts from my front yard and I am not responsible for this since it is on City property.

    I am sorry this customer feels this way.  But per ****** she had said to the job.  He never would have put do job on the form because it is all done electronically while in front of the customer as he did with ** *******.  

    We then always give a heads up the week before we are going to do there job.  The customer also made mention she never had an estimate from ****** but in fact the photo of the tree in fact came from being on her deck and the only way to get to the deck is through the house.  

    We did in fact go by the next day with the other truck and pick up all the debris and cleaned it up.  We have also never been told that the tree is actually city property either. 

    We try to make every ones experience a good one and am sorry this happened this way.

    I did invite them to come and give me an estimate to remove the tree. I was then told by Mr. ****** to keep in touch. I did not give anyone permission to cut down the tree. I had no agreement with them whatsoever and I have no intention of paying them any money. I did not give anyone permission to be on my property. ******** was the one who told them to go ahead and cut the tree down, I told her I was getting other estimates. The city has told me they have no contract with this company either.

    We are just going to credit the account.  It isn't worth it.  We did everything that she wanted and now she says this so We will just let it be written off as a bad debt.

    12/16/2024 AB: Called consumer the line rang a few times and then immediately disconnected.

    12/31/2024 AB:  Called consumer the line rang a few times and immediately disconnected. No email address on file for the consumer. 

    01/08/2025 AB:  Called consumer and this time was able to leave a voicemail informing the consumer that the complaint as been assigned to a mediator. 

    01/08/2025 AB:  Consumer called back and stated that they have not received any further invoice from the business. The consumer stated that the issue has been resolved.
