    If I could give negative stars, I would. Not their fault but mine, I was u able to make my payments of 600 plus a month for 4 years for a 2016 ****** altima with 130xxx miles on it. Can get one in great condition on marketplace for 3xxx with same miles but okay. Car was repossessed while I was in ******* with my 3 year old at 6pm during a severe thunder storm. Took 6 hours to find a ride with a car seat home safely. Was told I had 30 days to get my belongings from the car. Upon arriving 16 days into my 30 day time frame, I was handed a small fraction of what I had in the car missing, was my 300 dollar perfume, debit (cash app) card, tote, a pack of cigarettes and other items including my rear view mirror decoration. Came back up today, still have 1.5 weeks until my 30 days is up. Only to find my perfume had been found but my cash app card was thrown away. Now, I can't pay any of my bills on time because I now have to re order a new card, because these a******* threw away my belongings without my consent during my 30 day notice.

    The offer for my trade was revealed at the contract signing. They never asked me what I was looking for,. They were interested in how much I could afford and made their offer. They tried to sell me a car 3 times the car fax value. They were misleading about the car's history. I was forced to sign a contract under duress while being video recorded. The service light was on from the beginning. Attempted to force me into an unconscionable contract. They had multiple layers of outrageous fees.
