    First they charged me a 35 dollar fee to cut my water off then back on for a total of 70 dollars on top of a debt card fee. Then they turned my water Back off the next day at 4 o clock, so I've now been without water for over a day. The condescending clerk was absolutely no help, the condescending supervisor was no help. They are the absolute WORST water service I have ever seen in my life.

    The customer filing this complaint was shut off for non-pay of his water bill and service restored after payment of all fees due. The following day we were contacted by the City of Columbia that provides sewer service to this customer and which we have a disconnect contract with to shut his water off for a non-paid sewer bill. The water service was shut off at 10:00 am and restored after we were contacted by the City he had paid his bill. This information was relayed to **********************.
