    I paid $267.18 to have a windshield replaced on my car upon which my rear view mirror was broken, my windshield was chipped, my fuel, oil proessure, and boost pressure guage(column mounted) had not been put back on properly and dangled down and the seals were leaking on the sides which affected my guages and since has not admitted fault to any of these problems upon which they created and since has forced me to pay for a brand new windshield so in total I am forced to pay $534.36 to have my problem fixed completely.

    On May 16th 2025 we had sent two techs out to this customer to replace his windshield, after that we tried to reach out to him about the payment, He reached back out to us on June 6th 2025, He paid his bill then told us that his rearview mirror was broken and there was a chip in his new windshield, We asked the techs about his rearview mirror they both told us that the mirror was sitting on the center console when the got to the car, they did try to put it on the new windshield but it was already broken so they couldn't. On June 25th 2025 we sent a tech out to look at the chip in his windshield, it showed a clear point of impact, and was not a manufacture defect so this would not be covered under our warranty, We called the customer and explained this to him. At that point he told us his windshield was leaking on the driver side and getting condensation on the passenger side, So we called our tech and had him go back to the vehicle and see if we could find the leak, He couldnt find a leak from the windshield when the tech was looking over everything he noticed that his car has a sunroof but there was no glass in it. there was only a shade, We then reached back out to the customer and explained why he would be getting water and condensation in his vehicle, He said okay and asked if we could go ahead and change is windshield, We told him we would have to schedule a different day to come out and replace it because he was parked on a busy street and we would need the car in a driveway or parking lot, he said he understood.
