In August of 2024 I had Rudy's Carpet and furniture install luxury vinyl flooring. On my bid it included floor leveling, tile removal and removal and replacement of the toilet. It also stated flooring was not included, so I contacted the owner and inquired about it. He then told me he did not order enough vinyl flooring for the bathroom but he had a different kind he could sell me at a "reduced" rate. I agreed to this and the flooring was installed. I immediately contacted the owner about the bathroom vinyl because there was a flaw that looked like a poop stain right in the middle of the floor. He told me he would send ******* by to resolve the issue. He never came so I reached out again, at this time he tried to tell me it was part of the design (it clearly was not) but he would send ******* by, still nothing. In November I again reached out because now my floor is beginning to split because NO leveling was used even though it was clearly stated on the bid that it was needed (which is precisely why I chose ******). No tile was ever removed although I paid for it and I was willing to let that go but it cost me 250 extra and now they won't fix my flooring. I just continually get told ******* will be by. I saved for 5 years to get new flooring and spent months investigating products. I had planned on getting a 20 year return on my investment and it didn't even last 3 months. Please help me!
