    I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes and got the service contract. My water is leaking from the water spout and my led light shorted out. Also the door is sagging. I contacted the warranty department and they set up a service with 1st millennium. They came out and determined the door sagging has pulled my water line apart. And caused my light to quit working. They were going to order a new door to resolve the problem. 4 months later and many many calls and left voicemails. I havent gotten a call back. So I refilled a claim and Lowes once again. Set an appointment with 1st millennium and shocking they didnt show up within the 8hr window. I have now missed 2 days worth of pay and am Left with a broke fridge. And they still dont answer their phone or return calls.

    I showed them what was wrong with my washer and they said there was nothing they could do to fix it. They were supposed to let the warranty company know so I could get it replaced. Instead they said it was repaired and closed the ticket. Completely WORTHLESS COMPANY !!!!!

    This is the second time this service provider, First Millennium, was assigned to us by our home warranty holder. We've called, no one has ever answered, and left messages, no one has ever called back, we've asked our warranty provider to call, they also were unable to reach anyone or receive a return call. This has gone on for a week, exactly as the previous service claim went. I suspect either we're too far away, therefore a less desirable customer, or they're receiving more calls than they're able to service, but either way, we cannot in good faith recommend this business to anyone.

    Stay clear of this company! This is one for channel 4! Horrible customer service, they don't even deserve 1 star!!

    DO NOT do business with this company!! They took a warranty job and claimed the part was ordered but we have not heard from them, they have not answered the phone or responded to email. We have a warrantied ** dishwasher, thru Lowes that has not be fixed since July!! Warranty's are a joke and so is this company!!
