    Saw an ad in the Ad Pages called Jones Home Improvements ************ and set up appointment. Dec. 21, 2023. Met with their salesman ***************** 214 289 4942on that day in my home. We decided to use his company to redo our siding. We gave *** a check for $20,000as a deposit for a ****** job It was winter and expected work to be done in better weather. On Feb. 7, 2024 they sent ************************* ************ to look at house and take measurements. From our discussion with him we decided to change color if it wasn't too late. I called and was told they could change color. I texted *** April 4 and ask when they would start siding . He texted back and said think about another month. On June 8 texted ********** been 6 months since we signed contract it's time our siding was done. He texted "agreed" and would call ***** on Monday but would email now. On 6/27 I texted *** that I had not heard from him or *****. Just want a date you will start installing. or when siding will be delivered. *** said thinks will start in next few weeks. He said call ***** he's over that. Later that day I texted ******* and said I was sure he was busy but everyone is telling me only he would know the expected start date. He didn't have to call me just text me date of siding delivery or date starting job. No text received. Called Jones 7/15 talked with **** and she said ****** will deliver siding 7/23. I did not hear from anyone and today is 7/23. I called Jones office and **** said she would check. Told her I was going to go further so I am asking for help from the BBB to get what I paid for or my money back.

    I would like my complaint closed as resolved. Everything has been completed by the business, I am very pleased.
