    This is regarding an issue that Goliath Homes may not even know is happening. I have NEVER called or spoken to anyone at Goliath Homes, but about 3 months ago, I started receiving the following voicemail message on my cell phone repeatedly on a daily basis: "Hey, you have reached **** with Goliath Homes. Sorry we missed your call. Leave a detailed message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you." My phone never rings, and these messages just go straight to my voicemail. The **** numbers that repeatedly show ** in my recent call list are ************ and ************. I have blocked these numbers, but the messages still get left in my voicemail. I'm getting 12 to 15 of these messages a day!! It must be some kind of robo call that keeps re-dialing my number all day long. I just want it to stop. Thank you.

    Received an unsolicited voice mail on Wednesday, June 21 at 11:45am asking me to leave a message for *******. The phone never rang - this voice message from Goliath Homes just showed up. Not once, but twice. Plus had a hard time deleting it.

    Goliath Homes purchased the drug house next door to me, at **** ******* ***. On Friday July 29th they began gutting the house and removing all the trash from the house and placing it in the front yard, which is directly adjacent to my house. Six days later, it is still there, and as they work through it, it has encroached on my property next to my house. I have called twice and texted the company, asking them to respect the property line, which is clear, and not leave trash next to my house, and they have ignored these requests. I have dismantled furniture and piles of trash on my property. It is a violation of city ordinances, and it stinks. I should not have to live next to a property that looks like a landfill.

    Hello,

    We purchase all types of properties, in all types of conditions; its prior use is not known to us.  That said we repair all of the properties we buy, brining them up to current market standards.   We began to Demo this house, our dumpster was late for the morning drop pff so we began to place the furniture that was in the house on the front lawn of our property. No damages were done to any neighbors other then them seeing the furniture on OUR front lawn temporarily
