    PokeNerds is by far the best in the Pokmon business! I would recommend them to anyone that loves ******. They truly care about their customers! I honestly dont know what else to say other thanThey are great and you should check them out!

    Ive been buying from PokeNerds for a long while now and there has never been a bad experience with them. Great customer service, packages are never damaged. They love their jobs and you can tell. Looking forward to buying from and being apart of the PokeNerds community.

    Ordered my son's Halloween costume a month in advance. They waited till two weeks prior to cancel my order due to not having enough stock. Really shady business.

    This company is running a scam. Having you prebuy costumes they dont actually have, then string you along for weeks making you think the costume is coming. THEN only provide a partial refund without sending the product (they send the $2 pack of poke cards booster pack separately, I guess so they can show something has been delivered to your address and scam PayPal spenders). MAJOR BEWARE yall! Hopefully others who are getting taken advantage of will come forward soon. Such a shame.

    I have never had a worse store experience in my life. Wish I could give this zero stars. I absolutely loved this store and have spent a couple of thousand dollars there. I also want to put a diaclaimer in here I was a store manager for multiple retail stores over 10 years and understand customer service.I am in my 30s and have gone into this store multiple times buying plushes, cards, toys, etc but never usually had my gfs kids with me who are 6 and 2 and half black and white. I had also never met the owner until today and wish I never had. We had barely touched anything, and I already had multiple things at the front that I was going to buy when he came in to the store and started yelling at us about tearing up his store. We had barely touched anything and were literally buying things. He continued to get more ignorant and more ignorant until I realized what was going on and said are you kidding me? He then proceeded to tell me to get out of his store, ripped stuff out of mine and my kids hands, and then proceeded to follow us out to our car, take a pic of our liscense plate, and said he was filing a police report against us.We did literally nothing but shop. I immediately went to the police station and told them what happened.Absolutely unreal. I dont know if the owner has issuse or extremely racist, but I would highly recommend going somewhere else before going there for your Pokemon shopping.

    This is a great store. I live locally. The staff are always friendly. Ive never been cheated out of any product or money. Im reading a a couple comments talking about preorders arriving later or being lost. I have to tell you being in online sales. Things happen with every mail carrier. If your nervous about slow mailing times and lost packages perhaps dont order online. Not every store you order from is Amazon (again something my customers compare my staff to all the time)
