    We went through all the steps of replacing our roof. From day one the communication was absolutely terrible. Zero accountability and even pointing fingers at their own employees. After finally getting our roof, and dealing with the rest of insurance. We were told we could give the check to anyone. So we did as we were told by the one who we had dealt with the entire time. Later the next week we get an email saying they want final payment. Even though we had already gave THERE employee the check. Now they say there employee stole and will not release our bill saying we still owe!

    Thank you for your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration caused during your project with T&C Roofing and Exteriors.

    Unfortunately, I recently discovered that my former business partner, without my knowledge or authorization, directed you and possibly other customers to issue final payment checks to his father, who was never an employee of our company. These actions were taken without my consent and were in direct violation of our company policies. 

    This situation is part of a larger, ongoing issue Ive had with ***** failing to communicate with customers, neglecting follow-up, and mishandling business matters. I have been doing everything I can to clean up the mess left behind, and I am seeking legal counsel to protect both our customers and the reputation of my business.

    I want to be clear: I have taken immediate steps to seek legal counsel and protect both our customers and the integrity of my business. I am committed to resolving this issue with you in a way that is fair and professional.

    I genuinely regret that you were put in this situation. It was never my intention for you to experience any inconvenience or uncertainty. I appreciate your patience as I work through this matter and will continue doing everything I can to make it right, as quickly as possible.
