My name is *******************************. I am 21 years of age. This was my first time buying a new car and getting everything legal by myself, so I was very excited but nervous. I went to the ************** Dmv in *********** and my experience was terrible. I am not one to normally write reviews like this but my experience and time wasted there should be accounted for. The first thing I did was go over to the ************** DMV and tell them that I would like to get plates for my vehicle. I didn't have enough documents and still had to pay property taxes for two years ago. So after running back and forth at least 7 times (twenty minute drive between the accessor office and the **** I finally had all the documents that I needed to get my car legalized. Here is where everything went wrong. I think the lady that helped me was in training. The last time that I had left to go get the rest of my documents, she said she would just keep my title with her and when I got back I could just go straight to her. So when I came back, she was busy, so the lady next to her helped me. I told her that the lady next to you has my title, here are my documents. She took my documents and asked for the title from the lady who originally helped me. She said that she put it in the drawer. The lady helping me goes on to say that the drawers just got swept and that if it wasn't finished, she shouldn't have done that. She gave me my papers back and told me that I would have to wait for my title to come back in the mail. I was super confused. I asked if there was anything that they could do because my temporary tags would expire in a week. she basically said no. Talked to the supervisor a couple of times and she was extremely rude. I was super nice about it. Called her mam and was very respectful with my questions and responses. She told me she would have to force get me plates or I would have to wait for my title to come in. Not only that they dress like they are in pajamas. I should have just left right there
