      My son had surgery and Signature Medical Group stated they toke his health insurance ******* ****. . I have spoken with 3 people emailed copies of insurance and they refuse to bill the correct insurance provider. Now I am getting notices from collection agencies saying I owe for services that have not been submitted to the insurance provider. I don't know what else to do but I know I need this resolved so it doesn't go on my credit report. You will see from the attachment that I emailed copies of the card on 12/20/22 and I have spoken with the insurance provider and they have confirmed that they have not received anything from them.

      The complainant refers to attachments including insurance card submitted to the BBB. This was not included in the email and letter just sent to me. Please forward these along with the original complaint and the HIPAA Authorization on file with the BBB. We will promptly review and reply. Thanks in advance.

       

      I am not able to retrieve the insurance card from the on-line system. Also, the HIPAA form contained in the BBB on-line system is a typewritten statement that is not signed by either the parent or patient. I am unable to determine name of patient from the information sent. Please advise or call me so we can do the necessary follow-up.
