On Wednesday March 29th, 2023 I made a call to Kienstra Concrete bridgeton location. I spoke with *** and he set my appointment which was set for April 1st, 2023. My credit card was charged $1,969.54 (which is about the amount *** stated) on Saturday April 1st. The driver, ************************* arrived at about 10am to pour the concrete Saturday April 1st. After about 1hr and 15mins into the job, **** started ******* the contractors stating (yall need to hurry up because I have an haircut appointment that Im not gonna miss.)After making that statement 4-5 times he stated to the contractors they have 10 mins left, if all the concrete not poured I dont care Im pulling off. He stated to me that I have a 1hr and 15mins and anytime after that is additional charges. I stated to **** that I was never informed that information. So, I immediately called the office and spoke with ******. ****** stated he would listen to the prerecorded phone calls I had with *** making the appointment. He called me back and agreed that no one informed me of the extra charges for extended times. He said the extra time will be waived and to finished my job and have a great weekend. I gave the news to **** and he flipped. He was even more angry and rude. At one point in the job he backed the truck into my tree and bent the chute on the company truck and stated hes not paying for the damages and that my credit card is on file and it would be charged. As I stated before, after the 10 minute warning **** gave the contractors, he washed the debris from his truck in my yard and drove off without pouring the remaining concrete I paid for. Monday morning April 3rd I physically went to the bridgeton location to make a complaint. I spoke with a dispatcher at this location and he gave me thr number to ******* (dispatcher supervisor). He also stated **** gets a lot of complaints on the site. Then he took me to speak with the Safety supervisor.
