    I have been a patient of *** **** ****** for over a year now. On August 1st,2022 I had a follow up appointment at 2:20pm. I called the office to speak to the doctor since I had not received a phone call or text to begin my appointment. I was transferred to her office and a woman name ****** began to berate me and over talk me instead of assisting me. She claimed that *** ****** was refusing to take call for appointment unless I made a payment for a past due balance. When I tried to explain to the woman no bill has been received and that I had no problem making the payment, but she continue to be rude and disrespectful and demand payment for me to speak to my doctor. I then contacted billing and the was transferred to the billing supervisor **** who advised that my bill was not past due and yet in fact my bill was just back from insurance and just went out in the mail so I wouldn’t be receiving it til later in the week. My complaint was documented but nothing was able to be done since they are outsourced. I tried contacting the doctor thru email to advise what was going on and if it was true she was refusing service after she prescribed medicines to me and refused to do follow up for a payment that was not even sent out to me. I suffer from ******* ********** and the whole encounter took me back months of trying to get better and back to work. I then received an email from ****** who sent advisement that *** ****** was terminating services and now I have to find another doctor for care. This was not the first run in with her office staff because they all seem not to care about patients health and care. But refusing service to a mentally ill patient that she prescribed mind altering drugs and refused to follow up once appointment was made and phone numbers were purposely not updated to account after 4 attempts. Doctor then lied and said she called and sent text for appointment to my current phone number but that was a lie because she was contacting an old phone #

    We take pride in delivering excellent care to our patients. If a patient is unhappy with the care or treatment they have received, we welcome the opportunity to discuss these concerns directly with the patient.
    I have also attached a release of information to complete if response to complaint letter is preferred.
