    Its rare to find a lawn/ snow removal business that is skilled in their work, responsive in getting back to voice mails quickly & also kind in their attitude toward the customer. In our recent 12 inch snowfall & frigid temps in Jan 2025, I literally spent a whole day calling snow removal service **mpanies from Friday thru Saturday mid-afternoon. ****** of JD *********** Services answered his phone Sat morning & told me he was doing **mmercial snow removal most of the day in ********* & would be out later in the day. I **ntinued to call other services & got no call backs. About dusk on Saturday I get a text from ****** saying he was on his way to our house in *********, **. He got here after dark about 5:15pm and went to work HAND SHOVELING our driveway, the 4 feet of ********** in front of our driveway left by a private snowplow ** in our subdivision plus ****** shaved down the rock hard pile of snow that stood inches from husbands car door preventing him from getting into the car. Then after all that he cleared the snow from in front of our mailbox so we **uld get mail after a week of no mail. We are seniors. We have no family in our area that **uld help. ****** saved the day. He was so kind to have helped us out. Was reasonable in his rate & went out of his way to help us. AND I learned he lived 50 miles away but still drive the 30 miles from ************** to help him. He was the answer to our prayers. The situation was extreme & ****** **uldnt have done more exceptional work.
