    Jackson Construction Inc. was not insured nor did they warranty their work. They also dont have the assets nor means to correct any deficiencies in the home construction as admitted to us by his attorney. You can file a lawsuit against Jackson Construction Inc. as we did, but Jackson Construction Inc. will just not pay and default on the judgment as Jackson Construction Inc. has done to us. Here are a few of the points of our petition that was a part of the judgment:Unlawful Practices under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act Jackson Construction Inc. concealed and misrepresented expenditures of escrow funds Jackson Construction Inc. failed to provide final invoice and lien waivers resulting in our inability to convert the construction loan to a permanent loan.Jackson Construction Inc. failed to follow Jefferson County building code and intentionally violated the code.Jackson Construction Inc. did not complete the home construction, failed to follow the contracted building plans, and provided defective materials and workmanship.Jackson Construction Inc. mis-installed the deck and deck piers resulting in damage to the structure of the house and sinking deck.Jackson Construction Inc. mis-installed cabinets and laminate flooring resulting in the flooring separating and the countertops separating from the backsplash and moving when used.Jackson Construction Inc. left moisture in the basement during construction resulting in mold growth in the home.Jackson Construction Inc. mis-installed plumbing in the concrete floor.Jackson Construction Inc. damaged appliances during installation.There are many, many more defects mentioned and not mentioned in the petition.For an example of how you can rely on **************** Jacksons word as he consented to the judgment and the payments required by the judgment, and then **************** Jackson decided later that he would not make the agreed upon payments as he represented to the court.
