5 starsExcellent experience! I would highlight four things: 1. Responsiveness to my request for a quote and the speed with which the job was completed 2. The look of the roof - lots of compliments from neighbors 3. Clean up after the job - it appears immaculate - I have not noticed a nail or a scrap left behind. 4. The ease, efficiency and graciousness of working with ******* made for an excellent experience!

5 starsAfter a hailstorm hit our area, we hired Restoration Professionals to replace our roof, and the experience was seamless. ******* handled everything with our insurance company, ensuring all damage was thoroughly documented and covered. He also guided us in selecting the perfect replacement roof.Brandens team was efficient and professional, removing the old shingles and installing a new roof on our ***** sqft home in just one day. This quick turnaround meant we didnt have to worry about potential rain damaging an exposed roof overnight.Before the new roof, we had ongoing issues with water intrusion above grade that no one could pinpoint. Brandons crew went above and beyond, addressing potential problem areas, and since then, we havent had any water issues.When we noticed minor gutter damage from the crews ladders, ******* had someone out the very next day to fix it. The crew that installed our roof worked very quickly with top notch quality! 5 stars******* and team are the best of the best. He worked with us to get a new roof completed on our home after we dragged our feet on it after hail damage 8 months prior. He worked directly with the insurance company and I and met with the insurance agent at our home to get our roof covered properly. We had a few things that the insurance company would not initially cover and he worked tirelessly to try and change that and ended up helping us get some of that covered as well. We also worked with him after the purchase of a new home and he was able to recommend to us honestly what needed to be done and what looked like it could wait for another time (we were buying AS IS so the insurance company wasn't going to be on this one). He was able to recommend a great handyman to us to help with some of the other issues we had as well. I would and have recommended Restoration Professionals to everyone! I was extremely impressed with the entire process having never had to deal with insurance for our home or get a new roof prior to this and they made me feel entirely confident in the entire process! I wanted a company that could provide a quick response, expertise, and high quality. Restorations Professionals delivered all these qualifications and more. ******* quickly accessed my situation, and presented a solution. He was knowledgeable and professional, and he clearly understood the urgency of my situation. They were able to replace the roof in one day. It no longer leaks and it looks great! We had a terrible hail storm in **********. ******* came to our home, checked everything out, filed the claim with our insurance company, and came back days later to meet the adjustor. Then he scheduled the repairs, keeping us informed of each step. Our roof and guttering was completed in a timely manner and this contractor worked with us and our insurance company to ensure our storm damages were covered.
