    I had a one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this store. I took a box of equipment in Friday (sealed and labeled) to be delivered to an out of state address for my employer. The young woman working the counter checked it in quickly, spending less than 60 seconds for our interaction which included her providing a confirmation receipt that I requested. The next day the package was on my porch because it was delivered back to me by mistake. I took it right back to the store expecting a resolution or apology for the inconvenience. I encountered the young lady from the afternoon before and another young woman who blamed me for the mistake. It was quite apparent the two workers were unknowledgable about their services or how to handle an this issue. They referred me back to my company, who had already prepaid for the shipping label which was not delivered properly. I told them this wasnt acceptable and asked to speak to the owner/manager. I was told there wasnt one there and was denied my request for a name, phone number or any way to contact someone else for further discussion. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue they asked me to leave the store and told me they would call the police if I didnt. I was floored by the disregard for customer service and their incompetence in handling a mistake in guaranteed shipping. Having no choice, I took the package to my car, returning momentarily to take pictures of the windows and signage at the front of the store so I could find a contact for myself. I did not approach either young woman and stayed only long enough to snap a couple pictures. The lady told me I had to leave and that she was calling the police. I left promptly and she followed me out to my car taking pictures of my license plate. I cannot believe I was treated like this for simply wanting a resolution for the service my company paid for. Clearly *** and its franchises do not care about customers and cannnot guarantee delivery.
