    I was required to get a loan through LendingPoint LLC in order to get service at the St. H3430353638**30313134H Men&#**;s H32343332**33**343531H. The loan was for $1500. They were given me a treatment, and it actually caused another problem with my body. Therefore, I stopped the treatment. They had tablet for it, so I took that to get my money&#**;s worth. I think I was overcharged, and I would like the remainder of what they said I owed originally.

    We are very sorry to hear that *************************** is unhappy with our services. This is the first we are hearing about any problem or concern that the patient has had. ************** has been with us for 2 years and has never talked to anyone at our Clinic about his concerns. ************** was not required to get a loan, he chose that method for his payment of our medical services. It is what he wanted to do. He could have chosen to do nothing, pay cash, use his credit cards or take a loan. He chose to take a loan.

    ************** purchased 50 doses of medication on 2/21/2022. Over the past 2 years, ************** has come into the Clinic to pick up his medication 10 times. Not one time did ************** stated that he was having problems or that he wanted a refund. He now has zero doses of medication remaining. After ************** has used all ********************************************* any of our Staff, he files a complaint that he wants his money back. Can we have all of medication back? We can't because ************** has consumed all of it. This is the type of complaint that carries no merit. If the medication didn't work or caused problems, ************** would not have continued to come in and pick up all of his medication. He would have stopped using the medication and spoke to someone about any problems he was having and he would have asked for a refund at that point. 

    We would have been happy to give ************** a refund if the medication was causing any kind of problem or not working. This was not the case for **************. He filed his complaint after 2 years and after consuming all 50 doses of his medication. We can not refund ************** now. He used all of his medication. He didn't have any problems until all of his medication was gone. 

    We would be happy to help ************** find a solution to his problems, but it will not be with a refund. It would be through our Physician diagnosing his chief complaints and then offering him the solution that our Physician recommended. We would be happy to discount the services as a gesture of good will to **************.
