  Very poor communication. Took 6 months to complete a bedroom build and extend a bathroom. Also a new metal roof. The roof was taken off and not replaced for 4 days. In the meantime we received 4" of rain and it leaked through the ceiling. He never went into the attic to see if there was any mold. My walls aren't straight. All the trim have at least 20 nails and broken. The flooring doesn't even go all the way under the wall you can see gaps between the floor and the wall. Our electric in the bathroom, you can use a 2 prong plug but a 3 prong doesn't work. After all paid off our roof still leaks. We called him he said he would be out the next day we never heard from him. The bedroom windows are so our of square you can't lock them.

  I apologize you had a bad experience with us We originally submitted a bid for your work in which time your husband beat our price up by over $10,000.. but we wanted to help you because he begged and pleaded Telling me that he was going to lose his mind with your mom moving in with you and that *** really got to help him out and to do something. Once we got there, his tune changed. He became very difficult to work with to the point that the workers refused to come down there and work, because he emotionally beat them down every single day that he had interaction with them.. I lost two of my guys because of your job. I couldnt even get out of my truck before he was at my window I had to ask him to step out of the way so I can get out of my truck. The layout of the entire room changed halfway through, and I can submit drawings on that as well and there were walls that were already out of square. The roof was torn off when it did not have to be torn off. It wasnt even in our contract to tear it off, but I felt it best that it needed to go down to the decking instead of over the architectural shingles.. it was a $$2000 charge that I did not pass on to you..Please also dont forget that Im the one that got your Roof approved through *************************** and once I did that you refuse to let me assess the insurance documents instead, you beat my price up again for the roof. So there brings up questions of a few committed insurance, fraud, or not given the fact that you probably didnt pay your deductible. Every time it was time to pay a portion of the bill. I had to pull teeth to get it to the point of telling you Im not continuing work without the said payment.. My guys would come in and complain that when they would walk in the door, it smelled like a pot farm because you guys would sit around and smoke pot all day. The leak was fixed in the ceiling and I repainted your entire ceiling and re-drywall sections of it and then I repainted the walls .we had a pop-up storm and it leaked but I took care of it and fixed it and then your husband demanded that I leave the paint that he did not pay for Which totaled about $400 .The fact of the matter is, this was a very unpleasant job, and we do a couple hundred jobs a year, and this was probably the worst job that weve ever done mentally physically and emotionally and we did the absolute best that we could to satisfy you and your husband and I apologize that you had a bad experience. if you have an issue with a pipe boot, I will send a tech down to address the situation.
