    In October 2022, they put a metal roof on my other roof. They never fully finished it. They have yet to put all the trim on it. The work created a leak in the kitchen in November after the first rain. I have contacted the company many times and they say they would be out and still have not done so.

    I informed customer that we would come back if the leak was my fault.  The leak was not from the work I had done.  The leak was inside the wall, so it was not my fault.  The leak was not coming from the roof and it was not.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have forwarded two text pictures with the problem showing. was unable to send as attachment.
      J&M ***** ***** never came out to see the leak or fix the problem,  the last time J & M ***** ***** answered my text was January 18 ,2023.  Last week I hired another carpenter to check the roof out and he said that the roof was not put on correctly. J & M ***** ***** failed to finish the rake trim on the front of the house there is a two foot piece missing. J &M did not put a boot vent pipe cover ,J & M did not put seal tape where seams meet and J & M ***** ***** did not put foam tape under the ridge cap .My new carpenter  said when he gets up there to work it might cost more if ***** did not install flashing . I am a 77 year old widow who did not know what should of been done, and now it will cost at least twenty thousand to fix the roof.
