    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    He "quoted the job." He was NOT working for time and materials.

    I'm also building a cabin unrelated to this job.  All contractors I have worked with have honored their quote. The rare time there was an unexpected expense the contractor notified me. Atlas never said "hey this will cost you $300 more" and if he did I would have told him to leave and only paid the initial $350.

    The shutoff valves were already installed by me and I provided the supply hoses. They had a slight drip that i could have fixed myself but he seemed insistent on getting in there and fixing them.

    When he was done after about 4 hours he said the bill is $750 and I questioned it. He made up excuse after excuse then acted like he would make it up to me by painted  inside this cupboard. After 5 days of not returning my text it was obvious he was not coming back. I have better things to in life than wait for this guy to show up on a whim.  He never came back to finish the job.

    Customer paid 450 to have a Vanity removed and a new one installed with new plumbing and faucet. Customer was quoted 350 and was told because he need the new plumbing I would have to charge him a $100 more for parts only customer needed new two shut off valves installed two supply lines replaced and drains under sink replaced. He was told if any of that needed replaced he would have to pay for the parts as we are not in the business of working for free or paying for someone's repairs he agreed. Customer never reached out to the business for any complaints
