    On 8-1-00 My mother (**** *******) took out a Long Tern Nursing Home policy (#*********Y) with *****************************. We paid all of the monthly premiums in full and on time. On April 2024 we placed my mother in a nursing home in ************ Mo (**************). We took the policy out through Senior Healthcare Solutions in *********. After we placed her in the home i called to get the policy active. I was told that they would check on it and get it started. I have made numerous call to find out what the status of the policy is and always get told they will check it out and get back to us. After several calls the phone was disconnected and no longer in service, After further investigation i was able to reach the agents daughter . Still i received the same treatment. I have reached out to my local State Representative for help. I am currently waiting to hear back from him. As of now i have only received 1 payment of $200.00. The policy pays $100.00 per day. I feel that this company has dropped the ball and that people show be aware of there actions.
