  With respect to Branch Managers tree service, we offer the following current feedback: Reputable tree service companies would never undertake the work that the owner of Branch Managers, undertakes: he climbs into trees and over property lines without permission by accessing the trees from adjoining properties. We know this first hand because he climbed without permission into our trees via our neighbors yard and pruned them. We observed as three reputable tree-service companies refused to carry out the work on our trees for which our neighbor was seeking bids. The owner of Branch Managers referred to us in a condescending manner in his speech. In conversations, he spoke to us in an accusatory and aggressive manner, telling us that he thought both we and the neighbors were stupid. We found him to be arrogant and rude. The owner tried to prohibit us from documenting his activity by putting up cones on the street around a chipper which was not running, trying to keep us out of the area so that we could not photograph there, while the neighbors young child ran freely and repeatedly through the area. The owner caused damage to our trees due to his lack of education regarding correct pruning. He does not follow safe pruning practices, and he tops trees, something which a reputable tree company would never do. He topped one of our dogwoods and left nothing but a stub. The tree put out epicormic shoots all down the trunk and up from the groundsigns of extreme stress. Because of Branch Managers butchering, the tree was weakened and it died. The owner completely mutilated the visual appearance of several of our trees. We spend a significant amount of time and money on our trees. To have them improperly pruned, without our permission, has been both revolting and enraging. We would not recommend Branch Managers for any tree work whatsoever under any circumstances. We believe that companies such as this should not be patronized.
