    October 22, 2023: In apple pie order was hired to do a deep clean of my residence. A contract was sent prior to the scheduled day and reviewed and signed by myself. I was also required to sign in on a portal and provide a payment method to keep the reservation. Upon arriving home after the day of cleaning, there were several things that were missed per the contract. The company sent 1 employee when I was told a team or employees would be at my residence and she arrived at 1130 and left at 430. After the walk through of the home, I took pictures immediately and sent it to the business owner of areas in the home that were not cleaned. She agreed to have them come out the following day to correct what was not cleaned. They were in my home for 2 hours. Upping arriving home that second day, there were still areas that were not cleaned based on the contract. *** contacted the business owner again immediately with photos. The payment was rendered despite expressing my discontent with the service. At that point I was going to let it go, but upon cleaning the home after the paid cleaning service, we discovered even more areas that were not touched. Videos and photos were shared with her and expressed that she has had multiple chances to make the necessary corrections and if she is unwilling to find a middle ground , I will place a reversal on the card. She threatened legal action and did not attempt to find common ground with the situation. I was out $350 from a cleaning that we did not get what we paid for per her contract and 2 days of paying for dog sitting to have the animals out of the house. Would like this dispute considered due to the negligence and fault of this company for not providing the services agreed on and documented on their contract. Will provide photo proof of uncleaned areas and communication.
