    We were taking bids to build a privacy fence at our home. Mr ****** ****, C&M Creation, was given the contract.
    The amount $6650. Require $ 3,325 up front.
    On May 19 I gave Mr. ****** ****e a check for $3325. The check was cashed by Mr crime on May 19.

    No supplies were purchased.
    Mr Crim has made appointments that he has not kept.
    He has told me he does not want go do the job for us anymore.
    The contracted was ended with that statement.

    He told me on Friday, he would bring my money on Monday, today. I texted Mr Crim this morning about my money. He responded that he is 20 hours away and will be back in town next weekend.

    We are senior citizens.

    This is ****** ****, I got hired to do their fence and they gave us a check of $3,325.00 up front. Due to all the rain that we had I was not able to do their fence right when they wanted their fence done. I had a family emergency and flew out to Vegas for I was out there for almost 2 weeks and was harassed every single day I was gone from 3 different numbers from them saying I was lying. I sent pictures and then the harassment began to get worse. I told them after 2 weeks of being harassed that I was no longer interested in doing their job so whenever I got home I would get them their money back. They had threatened to show up to my how, wanted me to take money to them which I refused to do after all the messages i received. When I got back to town yesterday I had sent their check to them by certified mail so they had to sign for it so I know it was received. I had no intentions on stealing money from them as they claim. If I could upload every message of harassment from them I received I will gladly do so. The contract they signed did not have an end date due to you never know what the weather is going to do. And we have got nothing but constant rain for the last 3 weeks here
