  Sorry but they are just the worst, every time a provider leaves it takes months sometimes years to get them taken off meanwhile they collect money on them even though they are not working for us. It is almost impossible to get a straight answer from them or a person to contact. My ****** never gets a response from them. This has happened three times already so not a single incident. There have to be better companies that do things correctly- in this day and age I should be able to submit a form and get it done in one day . Try getting a straight answer or contact from them

  We have been with trizetto for over 7 years and customer service has been atrocious lately, nobody truly understands how the system works - I've had valid system errors that are 100% at fault of Trizetto, yet anytime I bring any of it to their attention they blame me as the user. I have countless email strings that show I've followed the processes correctly and when they cannot figure out the issue, they ignore my emails and avoid my calls. I've asked for a manager to reach out to me and they said they filed the issue and a manager would call me, but never did. Seems like the customer service department is only trained on very basic entry level tasks and don't know how to troubleshoot at all. Prices increasing but quality is decreasing. Do not do business with them!

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The sales people were GREAT (ofcourse they were). They seemed professional, they were from the u.s., they were responsive. They were the polar opposite of the rest of the process. Everything was oursourced to *****, all promises were broken, I was told they could get me credentialed with insurances in 2-3 months and instead it is now 8 months in, and I am in a third of the originally planned insurances. I closed multiple of them because they were taking forever (closed at 6 month ***** which ofcouse I will not get a refund :). I have paid these people thousands of dollars to have the process take 2-3x as long as it normally would instead of less time than it normally would. I've done business with other components of trizetto as well such as their biling, and it also was not a good experience, nor something I am going to be sticking with in the future.

  If I could give a lower rating I would. Everything described in the other reviews for this business is correct. They have absolutely horrible customer service. They don't return calls, they don't return emails, they make no effort to resolve your issues. I get constant auto replies that the staff are out of office and there is never anyone that step in and help to resolve the issues that they were assigned too. I call to try to get a manager or supervisor and I'm told that no one is available. They truly do not care about customer service or resolving and concerns that occur. I have not been this disgusted with a company for a long time!

  Trizetto just increased our monthly fees by 58%! They said that our volume was higher than anticipated even though we were told they charge by provider. This is a scam and I warning other people because this will cost our business thousands of dollars every year.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I HAVENT RECEIVED ERAs FOR MY CHIROPRACTIC BUSINESS FOR 4 MONTHS. THEY JUST PASS YOU OFF, TELL YOU TO WAIT 5 DAYS, NEVER HEAR FROM ANYONE.
