      We have received billing statements for the last year. My employer never received these products but we're continually harrassed, on multiple occasions and via multiple employees, by these ******** that are hoping that my employer will make a payment. I have spoken with them at least five times and they've repeatedly informed me that they have made an adjustment and no further bills will be sent to us but this is still occurring.

      The customer has a $0.00 balance, When a customer disputes a invoice, we have to do our due diligence and investigate what happened. 

      We've been short staffed for months and I apologize that this process has taken so long.
