Ill make this quick as they have wasted a ton of my time already. Terrible product and even worse customer service when you have problems. I have had several different quality issues with my last order. Repeat customers do not matter to them.

this is my 2nd order with them. the 4" round Leds were perfect, and the pigtails fix 100% perfect.sold me on service and selection, kept me with quality product, as described and delivery as promised.Super Bright LEDs Inc.

1 starVery dissatisfied with our purchase of 20 high bay LED fixtures . All of the 20 stopped working within 2 years. when we called for warranty replacement, we were told that they were not designed to be used in warehouse general lighting with out air conditioning. This voided the warranty. The warehouse is used for a major delivery service and is well ventilated with trucks entering and leaving. Super Bright knew of the application at the time of purchase. There is no reason to refuse warranty replacement. The application is common and nothing that a good high bay light would not do.
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND CERTAINLY NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN
