      The movers were throwing things and cursing. One stated he got cut by glass in the shed. There wasn't glass in the ******* was a clay *** that he through the broken pieces in the box. The gentelman that gave me the quote told me the men would help me box things up. So I left somethings ended up being 6 boxes. They damaged a doorway getting a piece of furniture out. It was obvious they did not want to work. They chipped a piece of furniture. Never again. Thank the Lord they didn't damage my new home.

      ************,Before responding, I did some research concerning your issues. First, I apologize that your experience with us was not acceptable. Throwing items or cursing is not an acceptable practice within our company. Regarding the packing of 6 boxes, there was nothing in your quote to price for those services and this being a local move, the quote and the actual were charged by the hourly rate and were accurate. I also note that you moved in May 2022 and today is 1/20/23 almost 8 months after your move. I checked with our leadership and administrative team and we have no record of any complaint from you during or shortly after your move. Generally, if a customer has an issue with their move, they contact us very quickly and we do our best to rectify the situation. Had you done so, we could have had a discussion with the move team, reviewed your estimate, addressed the few broken items, and door damage along with an apology which would have been more meaningful. Cord Moving and Storage has been in business since **** and our goal is to perform moves with the highest professionalism and excellence. I wish you would have reached out to us in May so we could have remedied this matter. How may I assist further? Respectfully, ******************** - Chief Customer Officer.
