      Overpriced lights (921s) that dont fit in socket. Lights would constantly pop out in taillight housing. I was told to tape them in the socket and move on and sorry no refund or return. They have not corrected the design flaw. Buyer beware.

      Hello ****,We are very sorry for this incompatibility. In some cases, Universal LED bulbs do not fit exactly as the *** bulbs did, so there are certain steps required to allow them to stay installed securely, such as adjusting the pins on the base of the bulbs or even a adding dab of adhesive to the base of the bulb in some extreme cases. A refund request was initially denied because the order was far outside of our 90-day return period. Please be sure to check the most recent email we sent where we offered to accept these bulbs back for a refund of store credit. Please accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you,

      These fell out multiple times on the first dirt road we took them on. The stockers never had an issue with falling out. We ended up losing one light and the bezel on the other. I called DD for warranty, since its their male bracket, and they offered no solution except paying retail for another kit or the individual parts, which is even more expensive per part. Extremely disappointed in their failure to back their product and to place blame on GMC's bracket instead of taking ownership of their bracket which does nothing to solve a potential issue! They had an opportunity to fix that issue and decided they'd rather put a process in place that increases sales and ***** customers.I also asked about the claim of being assembled in the US, since we know that that can mean slapping a few parts together with a few screws, especially in the LED world. They did everything they could to not use the word "*****" and kept referring back to their parts being assembled in the **, their overseas parts "come from all over, including a part from *******." Not backing your product is one thing, feeding people ** for your marketing speaks further to the character of DD.
