    Mid America Instruments sold me an ICP Optima 8000.
    The instrument arrived very well and clean, on the PC the test were done and correct.
    About the installation they sent a service engineer who made an excellent installation and traininng.

    In summary, a complete system and great installation.

    Our company purchased a piece of equipment from Mid-******* Instruments in July 2020. a downpayment was made of almost $25,000. The equipment was not provided to our company so we requested a refund. Only a portion was returned and over 3 years later, Mid-America Instruments has been promising to return the remaining over $10,000 but to no avail. The owner, ***********************, promises repayment but does not follow through.
