    They are threatening to turn off our electric because they said that we never paid them. I sent them proof of $95 payment and they still want another payment. They are crooks and frauds. Always feeding off the poor and hungry to rob us of our money! They changed to smart meters recently and we have proof that our bill went up 40% higher due to that change. They don't care and they refuse to acknowledge this FACT. They call every 15 to 30 minutes, around the same time every month, for a whole day, even after we have paid in full. They harass us monthly. This month, they lied and said we disputed a charge of $95 that was sent to them, which is untrue. I have screenshots of everything, even showing that we have one open case and it's against ****** for an item never recieved. Funny thing is they waited 2 weeks to address the "so-called issue" Why wait 2 weeks if they are so worried about $95 like that! Crooks!!! When we have to call for any reason, they treat us like we are idiots, and we are not. We are far from stupid and they think it's okay. They have horrible customer service and think it's okay to talk to disabled individuals and with no remorse. Picking on disabled people? How low of them!
