I purchased a MOHU Leaf 50 for ***** and paid to have it sent back to their warehouse which was the only address I had at present time on the bill for total refund.Now just thinking since the president ***** of company will not address the issue at hand want to file a lawsuit against the company for more than ***** I am filing for mental anguish, Lack of cooperation that the company will not refund my money and for the total company assets to close it down due to unprofessional conduct by *****s and supervisors to try to solve the issue and get my money back.This is just a start of what I found and will find other grounds with help from legal assistance

This purchase was made through walmart.com 8/26/22. This customer notified us on 9/18/22 that he had shipped his order back for a return and had not received the refund yet. We asked for a tracking number for the shipment which he provided on 9/19/22.. The tracking shows he had shipped the return to an outgoing fulfillment warehouse and did not follow *******.com return procedures, which would have allowed for free shipping or drop off at any ******* store. We messaged the customer at 9:40 am on 9/20/22 that we were making a full refund. The refund was completed on 9/22/22.
