I had Allen Roofing replace all hail damaged vinyl siding on the West side of house. This was the 5th time I have used them. Their response was timely. The issue was they failed to ensure their siding work was done correctly in terms of the contract. They did not repair all the damaged siding as required. Even after pointing out damaged siding twice, I had to call them back out and even then they only fixed the hole and did not check for other broken panels which when I inspected it, found more broken pieces. They tried to use caulk on one broken panel which was not appropriate and that action showed they saw the damage and elected to not replace the panel. I did not call them out a second time, did the repairs myself using excess left over panels. Not my favorite task climbing around on a roof checking their work only to discover mistakes. Their quality assurance should be doing that, not the homeowner. I have two more houses to get repaired, they won't be doing it. Hire a contractor that inspects their work and ensures the customer is satisfied before they send the bill.Allen Roofing & Siding

If you are looking for a quality roofing company Allen Roofing & Siding is the one. Their service reps are friendly, highly knowledgeable with no high-pressure sales tactics.They use a high-quality USA made certain **** shingle made here in ********. Finally, their E-Z-Lock small hole gutter guards are fantastic at keeping all kinds of debris out. We had them installed with new gutters at less than the price of just gutter guards from the leading advertised gutter guard.Highly satisfied with their work. ****************Allen Roofing & Siding

Very professional and knowledgeable team. They have the equipment of the big companies but the smaller business mindset that all projects have to be perfect. I'll recommend them to all my friends and family. Nobody wants to have to think about their roof - you want to take it for granted.
