Failed twice to show up for service, office does not return phone calls. Technicians are good but office staff is disorganized and disinterested.

Hi ****,I apologize if you have had a negative experience with out office staff recently. We have had a recent change of staff and are improving our organizational issues that we have had in the past. Not returning phone calls is unacceptable and is an issue is being address. Omni Tree Service really cares about their costumers and we want to resolve this issue. The injection that we have you scheduled for is meant to be done when the tree is dormant, which would be either in the late fall or early winter. If one of our office staff said we would do your injection earlier this summer, it was just a misunderstanding on their part. We do most of our injections in the summer months and were probably unaware that this was meant to be done in the winter. I apologize if our office staff did not communicate this well.M. W.

5 starsOmni Tree Service did a perfect job removing one large tree and significantly pruning back three other trees in my back yard. I was pleased with their communication with me prior to coming out and followup afterward. I fully recommend them!
