    Order placed on Jan 30. Have not heard if items will ship. No updates. Website has non working number, found a different number on BBB site but it has a long message that says i can live chat for faster service. I cannot find any way to live chat. All blogs are over a year old. is this place even still in business or did they just charge my credit card? Please help.

    We had an issue with our system that has been resolved. I spoke with the customer this morning and let her know that her order has been shipped and when it will be delivered. We are happy to speak to her again and help with any issues she may have with the order. She was kind enough to let us know how she tried to contact us so that we could make sure that everything was working properly.

    I placed an order with them over a week ago. I never received a confirmation email for my order. Ive sent two emails and three voicemails and get no follow up. Theyve taken my money but not provided the product.

    We had an internet outage for over a week.  It is possible that we didn't get it.  I attempted to email him and it bounced back.  I tried to call and got no answer and no voicemail at the time.  Since then, the order has been delivered.  It was delivered on September 27th, 2024.  He didn't receive any confirmation because his email was incorrect.  

    I am more than happy to reach out to him.  I am going to do this.
