    I feel as though I was rushed into this vehicle without even being able to test drive it first due to it being parked on the showroom floor . Next the car needed a battery the day I picked it up, then the steering was off, next I hear a clump clump noise everytime I hit a bump on the passenger side, then Ive notice a burning antifreeze smell and found out the radiator is leaking

    ***************** has given us a poor online review on ****** and filed a compliant with the ** Attorney General and now the BBB.  This complaint is not consistent with our business practices, online reviews nor our A+ rating that we have had with the BBB for the last 20 plus years. And we have never had a complaint sent into the Attorney General in our 35 years of business.  We can not duplicate or confirm any of the alleged problems with the car.  Attached is the response that we sent to the Attorney General and now submit the same response to this BBB complaint.  Please contact us with any questions or clarifications needed at ************ or by email at ***********************
