    Found this person and their services on Tiktok, was directed to their website to book a service. I booked and paid for two different services and on the date of the first appointment, Brit emailed me saying she was running behind and would be getting back to me within 24 hours. I never heard back, even after emailing multiple times. She took my money and ghosted. I would like a refund please.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I have reviewed the complaint submitted by ****** ******* and want to confirm that this issue has been resolved.


    After investigating, I discovered that this situation arose due to a technical issue on my end. The reading request was mistakenly marked as completed and moved to a done folder, which prevented me from receiving further notifications or follow-ups. Unfortunately, this oversight led to the delay in fulfilling the service. I take full accountability for this error and have already begun implementing changes to my processes to ensure such issues do not happen again.


    To resolve the matter, I have issued a full refund to Ms. ******** and I have personally reached out to her to apologize for the inconvenience caused.


    I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to correct this mistake. Please let me know if you require any additional information. It will not allow me to attach screenshots, but I am happy to email them directly.
