    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE! First of all, this business has several addresses under slightly varying business names and none of them are attached to an HVAC company. We actually had a plumbing problem with frozen pipes that burst and this business called us back after we reached out to their plumbing services. Our HVAC was affected by the water damage so they tried to work on both. The plumber used a piece of tortilla bread to help sweat the valve onto the copper pipe. Well, it did not disintegrate like he explained it would. Instead, it turned to a thick waxy substance and clogged up all the faucet filters downstream. It also damaged our washing machine inlet valves. The company offers a 'warranty' to fix all work. "*****" led ** on for days saying someone would come fix the problem, but ultimately did not come fix the problem. Instead, he spent his time blaming the issue on me saying I was trying to get over on him. They promised to show me any licenses or insurance policies they held after repeatedly stating they would. The truck they drive has ******* plates, many of the equipment pieces they used were new leading my to believe they were doing things they weren't qualified to do. STAY AWAY!
