    2023 I took my ****** z3x in for a recalled exhaust and verified with ****** and ******** before sending it to Eureka Rental for the repair. They agreed to do the work under the recall. Since it was purchased from them to begin with they offer a rental mower to commercial businesses to keep them from losing work. For some reason or another they only let me use the rental the last couple.of days of the service. They had my mower for almost a month. Claiming at first to have the part in stock when a week went by with no word from them I called getting they were waiting for parts answer. Then later finding out that they had broken several bolts off during removal.I went down there to speak with someone in person after more time had passed. They also claimed that a tap had broken off on the machine and they were waiting for part or supplies again.I finally get the call that it's done and I can come get my mower. I show up and they handed me a bill for over $3000. I told them.that was ridiculous and I wasn't paying for a recalled repair. I needed my equipment and the guy behind the counter says that they couldn't just eat the cost of the repair I told him to collect from ****** as we previously agreed. He insisted that they needed something then proceeded to shake me down for $500 before I could get my machine back. I needed it to make money. I collect my mower and get back to work . A few weeks goes by and I get a call from ***** the owner who proceeded to demand the 3k I told him there was no payment plan in place I paid more than I should have for a recalled factory part he then insisted that I contact the manufacture for his repair cost when I did get ahold of ****** and get them paid. I asked for my $500 back and was told it still didn't cover the cost and they wouldn't issue the refund. I will issue the 2nd complaint seperatly

    I Rented a Dump Trailer From Them Over the phone Paid for it over the phone with my Card and my brother picked it up and Dropped it off the rental company Charged my Card for damages that were not on the trailer when my brother left to return it then they Charged my Card for damages without my consistent did tell me anything just charged my card for $210.00 on top of the 120.00 to rent the dump trailer

    The customer rented a dump trailer and they did damage to the dump trailer. They are responsible under contract to pay for repairs. When the customer was charged, we have in our contract that we would charge his card for repairs ad that's what we did. The customer did not agree with the repairs. We charged him less than what it actually cost us to repair. We did this in good faith trying to be nice. He came in threatening to call the police and yelling at us. We told him that this was under contract and this was how it was. We also told him that he had to leave and we told him we would refund the money. My manager was supposed to do this, but he quit the next day so it never got done. We are short of staff.
