It is a big scam. They went to one of my rental apartment without permission. They charge for service fee for several Appliance has no problem and ask for each one as a separate service call. and Nother apartment they went inspect washer dryer and they decide it is not repairable no parts available one week later they went back to expect the same washer dryer and charge me for another service fee and they say it can be fixed they went for the third time for the same washer dryer as they say it is not repairable and it charges the service service fee. I not recommend this company for any job or service. They are a big scam they unprofessional the technicians do not know how tofix any minor problem just out to collect money for service without fixing any problem, they are the worst Company in ********, ********.

I had an outstanding experience with **** from The Appliance Guys on a washer repair. He was courteous and knowledgeable and had all the latest equipment. He was able to handle the repair in no time, and he patiently gave me excellent advice with respect to ongoing operation. The Appliance Guys are going to be my go-to appliance repair 'guys' from now on! I should add that, when I needed to re-schedule the appoinment initially, the lady that took my call (I don't remember her name) handled the re-scheduling very courteously and efficiently. Five stars all around for The Appliance Guys!

Very rude receptionist, scheduler! I was met with hostility and rude remarks because I asked a specific question and asked about tike slots! Explained I'm a school teacher and was hard to wait. They have set slots, and I understand that no problem. I proceeded to ask about the specific part due to my landlord getting me and another Tenant mixed up, I would hate to sit for so long and they show up with wrong part. Clearly she was upset because she had to do more than just set a time. I asked if I was able to pick up part, she said no they do not sell them. I explained the landlord paid for part already, she got more rude and then decided to explain the warranty issue. Which is totally understandable. I said okay put me down for the time slot and in the meantime I'll check with landlord to see if they would be open to that. She replied with no you won't She will check with landlord before even scheduling, mind you that she said she was running out of slots, and then she hung up on me before I could say anything!.Their prices are ridiculous btw. Charging over 150 bucks for a 20 dollar element and to literally put it in. No tools required. I wouldn't hire these guys for anything. And my landlord canceled work order with them as well! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They serviced our 2 year old refrigerator (GE Cafe) which they damaged beyond repair. The next repair people we called were unable to fix it because they had damaged the coils and caused so much damage installing a compressor (which was not needed according to the other repair people). **************** was terrible and we are just giving up on a resolution, buying a new refrigerator and moving on. Avoid!!

We replaced a compressor in this refrigerator.  After replacing the compressor a valve body, next to the compressor is leaking refrigerant.  That part is on order.  We never touch her coils, which are inside of the freezer and refrigerator.  The compressor is behind the unit.  We are willing to continue with the repair as soon as the valve body arrives.

A service call to assess problems with our gas range, specifically the stove top burners and oven not lighting, unfortunately led to one of the burners being accidentally left on for a period of approximately 6 hours, filling our home to combustible levels. The fire department still detected smell of gas in the upstairs bedrooms one hour after attempts at ventilation with open doors and windows.Due to the unfortunate events that originated with the service technicians visit, I inquired with the owner, *****, about a possible refund of the service visit fee. Throughout our correspondence, ***** responses were argumentative, defensive, and borderline childish. From ***** email 5/8/24: I am confused as to why you would like a refund for the service call. We were not the ones who turned on the gas burner nor were we the ones to leave it on. I do not understand why you believe we are responsible for the situation at your home. I understand your frustration, but our technician was not the only person who could have left the burner on. We have spoken to our technician and your son is the only person who touched the burners and advised our tech not to worry about the burners not lighting.Although I was very upfront at the beginning to say I believed the burner being left on was an accident, and I was asking for a return of the service fee as a fair consideration, ***** repeatedly cast blame upon everyone else rather than taking responsibility for his technicians failure to properly inspect all appliances, especially gas appliances, before leaving the job site to ensure the safety of the owners home. This is simply not a high quality company with experienced technicians nor a considerate, mature, responsible owner who values customer ***********************

They left a water connection loose. Water warped my floor and stained the ceiling below. ***** the owner said that I signed a waiver, and he, therefore, was not responsible. What a snake!
