      If less than one star was an option, thats what they would have. This business is an absolute joke. Their customer service is nonexistent, they will 100% ghost you. I will never use this company and would urge anyone who doesnt want screwed over to avoid them as well. They will sell you a lemon then refuse to help you with the piece of garbage, even if its covered by warranty.

      Missing pieces.. called about getting them and never heard anything. If we did call we were told they would look into it and call back.. never have. Had a warranty recall, they had our camper for 2 weeks and the same piece that was suppose to be fixed was leaking gas when we hooked everything up!! We asked to cancel the warranties last November 2022.. emailed the signed papers, waited and waited no word. No reimbursement on our loan. Called to find out new management and at first ***** was nice but this last call he was pretty snarky! And conveniently the person in charge for warranties was out of office.. For customers who put forth a good amount upfront to get treated like c*** is uncalled for. Their ******** reviews from the past 6+ months is HORRIBLE! We would really like to just move forward and be done with Great Escapes due to customer service from ********* ** location.

      This has been truly the worst experience when buying a camper. I was so excited to be able to purchase a new camper. It has been nothing but a headache from day one. This NEW camper has needed many repairs and I have been promised those repairs would be completed but they have not been. The repairs that were done have either not been fully repaired or repaired in a poor fashion with lack of skill. Sink is still leaking, exit window was not replaced as current one was not installed properly. Ceiling panel replaced but now has dents all in between with cut out done poorly. Shower was not repaired and they keep just adding silicone around any and everything which makes it look worse. I have called many times and after 20 minutes of being on hold they tell me they will look into it and get back to me. Guess what they don't get back to me. I just want to be done with this but ***** says warranty work has to be completed by the company that submits claim (aka Great Escapes RV). Really would like some help on this but I keep spinning in circles. Very disappointed in my experience with them.
