    We bought the house in April 20222 because our realtor and the inspector told us the roof was good. On 4/11/22 the roof was inspected. We were told the roof would last another 6-7 more year. The second day of us moving into the house the roof started leaking in my son's room. Since then it has started leaking in our garage, which is a converted room. We have also had problems with our septic system.

    I apologize personally for any happenings during this transaction, but feel we did our best in the interest of the client.
    I cannot speak for transactions between client and realtor, but again I feel we were more than lenient given the circumstances.
    Please see in the home inspection report - we were not able to access the septic and there was no evidence of water damage on the ceiling in the bedroom at time of inspection. (If attachment ******** text can not be opened please let me know as it is informative to this complaint)
