    Involved in vehicle accident Sep 6 2023. **** worked on our jeep for over 4 months. Said jeep was fixed but still had issues. Insurance allowed us to go somewhere else & get other items fixed. Since **** was paid by insurance to fix running ************* we had to go back to **** and talk with them due to bad workmanship. Tried for months to get a hold of the owner due to manager giving us the run around & talking down to us. Due to trust issues & no faith in their work, asked if I could be present during repairs. Was told I couldnt be at the shop and had to drop off jeep & leave. When they said our jeep was fixed, we drove home and it felt like a death wobble. Checked things, tires had over a 20 psi difference, horn didnt work, door bolts were loose the doors almost fell off, it was missing door hinge covers, dash lights came on & off, battery still has to be jumped every day, roof panels leak, & once we discovered all this we messaged **** and was given the run around on being able to bring it in because we didnt want to leave it over night with them. allowed **** to check ************* said everything was normal wear & tear. So we took it to 4 other mechanics/body shops & got estimates for damages still due to accident. They even tried to have us keep a damaged door when they were working on our *********** swapped the damaged tired with the spare tire, but said the tire wasnt damaged, but the other shops said tire was damaged & even the insurance adjuster said the tire was damaged & paid to replace it. This is why we dont have trust or faith in **** Performance. Due to **** not being in the Insurance network, they said they cant do anything that it was up to us to go after them to try and get anything repaired that they were paid to fix that wasnt fixed correctly. We are paying a different mechanic over $3000 to fix issues due to the bad workmanship of ****. Would like refund for running board and door that insurance paid to have fixed that isnt fixed.

    The insurance would only paid for a used rear end. They claimed we replaced their shocks but we never did, we left the shocks alone and showed them the pictures regarding this. Everything they have brought to our attention, we never touched. We had proven this time and time again but they persist it was our doing. We offered to eat the cost on repairing on some of those things, to which they demanded to be there the whole time, which, is not something we were going to allow.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: **** claims to have not done the work we are complaining about. Attached is pictures of the running board after the accident damaged and then a picture of it after they worked on it supposedly fixed. The rear bolts on the running board need to be drilled out and fixed. Also attached is watch **** got paid for by the insurance which shows they worked on the front passenger door. It also shows that they were paid to work on the rocker panels when the insurance claims adjuster said it looks like they never painted it and looks like they didnt replace it. So why does the supplements from the insurance company and from them show they were paid to do that work along with the pictures of the running board?

    **** auto body and performance has done nothing to resolve the issue. They have me blocked on everything when trying to contact them. They did faulty work and we lost trust in them. We have told them they can fix it as long as we are present but was told we cant even be in the property. Is there anything we can do?
