    I bought my basement windows from Mineral Area Overhead Door in 2016 & they have a lifetime warranty. The seal is broken on 1 window, thus the window is cloudy. I called and talked to **** ****** on June 21. Told him the problem and gave him info on the window. He said he’d order a new window. On June 30, I called to check on the window as I never got any confirmation on when it may be in. When I left a message the woman told me “oh he would never call you for that” & took the message to call me. On July 21, I called again and again a message was taken and again I didn’t get a call back from ****. The next day I emailed my concern to the company website and STILL no answer. I’m only wanting a possible date of when the window will arrive. As far as I know, it is sitting in the warehouse. I have dealt with the salesman **** previously and he has always been S L O W in getting back with me, but since this is a warranty issue & wont be paying any money, I assume he is being even slower, maybe hoping I will forget about it

    6.21.22 I did receive and complete a request for Service sheet for ***** ********.

    The Manufacturer of the windows that we installed in 2009 No longer ships to Missouri and I can no longer order from them.

    The request for the warranty glass has been made but the response from them and the replacements and shipment is always a slower response.

    It is typically 8 weeks or more to be received from the time they process and approve the warranty replacement.

    I have emailed requesting an update on the status
